Well after my little spill on the ice and being bed ridden for a few days I got really sick with the nasty cold and was bed ridden once again.....not surprising! Tony is also sick with the nasties - poor us;) Yesterday was a perfect example of pushing myself a little too hard - but I made it and it was SO worth it!! Oh boy!!! I am Alive!
